Banjo-Kazooie 3: Nuts & Bolts

The release of Banjo-Kazooie 3: Nuts & Bolts is the most upsetting video game release of all-time.
First of all, I’m still angry that the game isn’t called “Banjo Threeie.”
But most of all I’m angry that the game will not be released for any Nintendo-owned console. The series is a classic Nintendo series. It’s like if the next Mario platformer was released only for PlayStation 3. What makes matters worse is the fact that from what I’ve seen in trailers, this game is gonna rock. You get to drive around in self-constructed vehicles blowing stuff up and decapatating large 8-bit Mario statues in order to save Spiral Mountain from being under the control of the evil witch Gruntilda. (In 20 years I’ll read that and say, “Huh?”)
The least they can do is release Banjo-Kazooie and/or Banjo-Tooie on Virtual Console to ease my pain.

Smash Bros. on Virtual Console?

Before Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (or whatever that was called) came out, Metroid came out on Wii’s Virtual Console. Before Super Paper Mario came out, Paper Mario came out on Wii’s Virtual Console. Before Super Mario Galaxy came out, Super Mario Bros. 3 came out on Wii’s Virtual Console.
Now Nintendo Power magazine says it’s possible that N64′s Super Smash Bros. could come out before Brawl. I’ll be so overwhelmed in Mid-March going back and forth between the classic familiar Super Smash Bros. and the new exciting Super Smash Bros. Brawl! Heehee… Melee… caught in the middle… the overlooked middle child, if you will.

Virtual Console Hopefuls

This is a list of games I’d like to see come to the North American Wii Virtual Console.

Super Smash Bros.
Console: N64
Why? My copy of this game just broke, and besides I lost a cord for my N64. This is a great game that deserves to be a part of the Virtual Console experience.

Super Mario Bros. 3
Console: NES
Why? I haven’t played this game since my brother took apart our NES to make an Ultimate Nintendo. I watched some game footage on YouTube, and that really made me want to play it.

Tetris
Console: NES
Why? I just really like this game, and I have a picture in my mind of me: it’s 3:00 AM and I’ve been playing Tetris all night. For some reason, this weird daydream excites me.

Tetris Attack
Console: SNES
Why? I beat this game once. Then I lost it. I was the first person I know to beat this game. The time I beat it, it actually was 3:00 AM, and I had been playing Tetris Attack all night.
