Okay, it’s twenty minutes after my previous post. I cleared Classic Mode with Solid Snake. I faced Sonic at the end and I got him. He was basically destroying me because Snake has some pretty slow moves, but good thing for that Smash Ball. Sonic was no match for Snake’s grenade launcher.
So I tried Sonic out on Battlefield against Olimar. He doesn’t have a projectile move which is bad but it’s okay. His Final Smash is his only weakness: be careful where you go with that. It took me off screen and then I lost the power and fell to my blue, speedy death.
Also, now that I have Sonic (my thirtieth character) I have enough characters to unlock Mr. Game & Watch. (You have to clear target test with thirty characters on any difficulty.)

Brawl, Sonic the Hedgehog
So in Brawl, when you have cleared Classic Mode ten times you get to face Sonic. I chose Pit to be my tenth classic player because I knew he was the only one that could take Sonic. So I play the whole mode without losing a life, and I get to Sonic. I was creaming him. I had 0 % damage and he had 120 %. But then… He started… I can’t even describe it… he’s way faster than you can ever expect. It was like there was twenty of him and I couldn’t keep track of any of them. So I don’t have Sonic.

Brawl, Sonic the Hedgehog
Well, it’s official. Super Smash Bros. Brawl is basically the greatest video game of all time. It now has two third party characters – Solid Snake, who I’m not too crazy about, and Sonic the Hedgehog, who I’m insanely crazy about. I can’t believe this! It’s the greatest news I’ve heard in a long time. So basically in this game I can play as Sonic the Hedgehog against people I’ve never met worldwide? That’s pretty much the American Dream right there.
