So today I checked the Dojo as I do devoutly every weekday. It’s a Screenshot from Brawlers collection again. Cool. The ones from America weren’t so good, but I got a kick out of some of the screens from Japan. I did, however, notice that Sakurai scolds American Brawlers for submitting “screenshots that focus on peeking at the undergarments of certain Brawl combatants”. Probably Peach.
I brushed it off as nothing until I checked the Japan Dojo and saw this.
I could rant for a long time, but I’ve lost all feeling in my fingers.

I remember finding the Smash Bros. DOJO!! in late May of 2007. I had been recently heartbroken because I was supposed to get Brawl March 30, but they moved the release date to “TBA.” The Dojo helped the pain. Now the Dojo is coming to an end on April 14. How will I go on? In this article, I’ll highlight some of my most treasured moments from the Dojo.
July 12: Brawl is coming out December 3rd. Yay!
September 18: Wi-Fi Play is confirmed.
October 10: Sonic is in Brawl! Hooray!
October 12: Brawl is coming out February 10. Well… okay.
January 15: Brawl is coming out March 9. I think I can make it.
February 1: The Dojo takes on a new lay out which intrigues me.
April 3: I find out that I must treasure my last eleven days with the Dojo.

The nerve of those Nintendo geniuses! This Notice appeared on the official page this morning:
First they moved it from March 30, 2007, to December 3, 2007. Then from that to February 10, 2008. And now they’ve moved it to March 9th?!?
I understand wanting to perfect the game, but this is ridiculous. How much perfecting could they possibly have done if they were original going to release it nearly a year ago? Or how crappy was it a year ago?
I think this may be an early April’s Fool Joke. The Dojo started in late May last year, and it (should) end February 10. There’s no April in there, so I thought maybe they’re doing it now…
I always joked that they’d delay it again, but… boo hoo.
With all this delaying, there’s one thing I really hope they have: Miis as playable characters. They’ve been in some games: Wii Sports, Wii Fit. And they’re gonna be in more games: Wii Fit, Wii Music. There were only two Pikmin games and yet Olimar’s in there. Uploadable Miis would be the tops.
