The nerve of those Nintendo geniuses! This Notice appeared on the official page this morning:

First they moved it from March 30, 2007, to December 3, 2007. Then from that to February 10, 2008. And now they’ve moved it to March 9th?!?
I understand wanting to perfect the game, but this is ridiculous. How much perfecting could they possibly have done if they were original going to release it nearly a year ago? Or how crappy was it a year ago?
I think this may be an early April’s Fool Joke. The Dojo started in late May last year, and it (should) end February 10. There’s no April in there, so I thought maybe they’re doing it now…
I always joked that they’d delay it again, but… boo hoo.
With all this delaying, there’s one thing I really hope they have: Miis as playable characters. They’ve been in some games: Wii Sports, Wii Fit. And they’re gonna be in more games: Wii Fit, Wii Music. There were only two Pikmin games and yet Olimar’s in there. Uploadable Miis would be the tops.

The Wii has a feature that is long overdue. You can now connect a USB keyboard into your Wii’s ports and type with it – which is what I’m doing right now. Saves time and energy!
But the Internet on the Wii still has some kinks to work out. I will suggest them here, and in the off-chance that a Nintendo Executive actually reads this pathetic little blog, I want credit!
You should be able to save, download, and upload images. Even if you save them to your main computer, I figure there’s gotta be a way… (ready for this?) Those images are saved on to the computer tower’s hardware which is hooked up to a modem which is hooked up to a router which radiates wireless internet which is picked up by the Wii. Therefore, it’s got to be possible… right?
This next one is a little less possible. You should be able to insert a CD Rom and play. It would probably take mass recalling and recalibrating and would cause Nintendo to lose millions, but hey, that’s a risk I’m willing to take.
After reading past entries in my blog, I’ve realized something… I might be slightly cynical. Also, I type “…” way too much.

Well, it’s official. Super Smash Bros. Brawl is basically the greatest video game of all time. It now has two third party characters – Solid Snake, who I’m not too crazy about, and Sonic the Hedgehog, who I’m insanely crazy about. I can’t believe this! It’s the greatest news I’ve heard in a long time. So basically in this game I can play as Sonic the Hedgehog against people I’ve never met worldwide? That’s pretty much the American Dream right there.
