Upcoming Wii Games
Some upcoming Wii Games that interest me and might interest you:
The Simpsons Game
Release Date: October 30, 2007
Description: You can control Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and maybe more. It will be an action game, set like an episode of the show.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Release Date: December 3, 2007
Description: If you enjoyed either of the first two Super Smash Brothers than I’m guessing you’ll like this one. This game will see Wario, Zero Suit Samus, Solid Snake, Pit, and Meta Knight join some others. I’m especially looking forward to this one.
Super Mario Galaxy
Release Date: November 1, 2007
Description: This game will be similar to Super Mario 64. Mario will have to chase Bowser into outer space. So far all I know is that the “A” button will make Mario jump. I hope you can play as Luigi. He could always jump higher.
Wii Music
Also known as Wii Orchestra
Release Date: Sometime this year
Description: This will be the next game in the series after Wii Sports and Wii Play. You will be able to conduct an orchestra and play the drums. I have mixed feelings about this game. It’ll probably be pretty good, but I’m not sure if I’ll buy it although I most likely will.
Donkey Kong Barrel Blast
Formerly known as: Donkey Jet
Release Date: October 8, 2007
Description: A Donkey Kong jet pack racing game. To move you shake the Wii-Remote/Nunchuk. To turn right, just the Wii-mote, to turn left, just the nunchuk.
Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games
Release Date: November 2007
Description: Mario and Sonic go to the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics where they compete in some sports like swimming and table tennis. I have a feeling that this game will be similar to Wii Sports or Wii Play, but it will be better because you’ll get to see Mario, Sonic, Luigi, Tails, Yoshi, and Knuckles compete in the Olympics.
Kirby
Release Date: Unknown
Description: Your typical Kirby game. In this game Kirby will be able to have these abilities among others: Clean, Plasma, and Parasol. Exciting!
I look forward to most likely buying all these games and I hope you do too, because maybe if enough people buy these games, the Wii industry will pay me big bucks. Who knows? Anything is possible.
